Jessica’s New Adventure

As many of you already know, in the fall of 2013 Jessica started another new adventure. Wanting to learn more about health and wellness, she is attending school to become a registered nurse. Her long-term goal has been to evolve into a holistic practitioner helping clients in her office and patients in a medical setting  through healing touch and medical knowledge. While in school, she is attending classes in the mornings and seeing appointments in the later parts of the day. She also sees clients on Saturdays.

This week she got exciting news! She was accepted for an incredible learning opportunity at Duke over the summer (2014). The position is similar to an internship. While this is very exciting, it will present a scheduling challenge for her massage sessions. She will continue to see her established massage clients during that time, however because of limited availability, she will not be taking new clients.

During this time her appointment availability schedule will be more varied, since the shifts at the hospital will be rotating shifts. But, do not worry. If she isn’t able to arrange an appointment for a client, Theresa or Faith will be able to fill in during this busy time.

Best wishes to her for this exciting opportunity!

Happy Anniversary to Endless Summer!

April marks 4 years for Endless Summer Massage. It began with a small treatment room in our home, then quickly moved into the Couch building on historic 9th street in Durham. Then after about 1 1/2 years, we moved to our present location – the serene office building on Iredell, just a block away from 9th street and around the corner from Whole Foods.

It has been wonderful to help the practice grow and to meet so many wonderful people along the way. Thank you to all of our wonderful clients; you guys are what makes it so great!
